  • Unless explicitly stated, donations are voluntary and non-refundable. If a refund is appropriate (e.g., error or fraud), contact us promptly.

  • Any statements about tax deductibility depend on applicable law in your jurisdiction; seek independent advice.

7) Accounts, submissions, and acceptable use

If you create an account or submit content (e.g., forms, comments, stories, media), you agree that:

  • Information you provide is accurate and not misleading; you will keep it up to date.

  • You will not:

    • Break the law or others’ rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights).

    • Upload or transmit malware, spyware, or harmful code; attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services.

    • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means without our written permission.

8) Your content; rights you grant to us

If you submit or share content with us through the Services (e.g., testimonials, photos, stories), you grant GASS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content in connection with our mission and Services (including in reports and fundraising), unless a separate written agreement or consent form states otherwise. You represent you have the rights and permissions to grant this license. When content involves children or vulnerable persons, we apply heightened safeguarding and consent standards.
