We integrate cross-cutting issues into all our programs to ensure inclusive, equitable, and sustainable impact. We actively promote democracy and good governance, strengthening community participation, transparency, and accountability in decision-making processes. We also prioritize disability mainstreaming, ensuring that persons with disabilities are fully included in interventions and have equal access to opportunities. Through disaster risk management, we work to build community resilience by preparing for, mitigating, and responding to natural and human-induced hazards. In addition, youth and women’s empowerment remain central in our work, creating pathways for leadership, entrepreneurship, and active engagement in social, economic, and political spheres.
